We Know that it can cost time and money to travel somewhere to check on your property! Let us check on it for you while we are there we make sure there is not dust no trash on the floor, we make sure pillows are fluffed and creases on covers are smoothed out. We make sure there is not odor, no bug droppings, NO BUGS, or any cobwebs! We do NO type of cleaning for this service we just make sure the quality of your units are up to par.

Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule please email, text or call us 24 hours in advance. All cancelations made after the 24 hour window will be charged an inconvenience fee of $15 dollars.
